The Smart Carts Marine Dock Cart carries 300 pounds of coolers, gear, provisions and dock lines on 20-inch flat-free wheels that never need air. The frame and axle are aluminum, the tub is high density polyethylene, and the wheel rims are composite - the parts that live in salt air are the parts that can't rust.
